The techniques I teach are based on functional yoga therapy techniques designed to relieve tension and address the root causes of neck pain, whether it’s from long-term habits like poor posture or stress. These practices are gentle, accessible, and effective. Everything you’ve tried so far hasn’t worked or didn’t “stick.” That’s why I compiled my top quick and effective ways to relieve the neck strain that sadly, is so common today. That said, I am not a medical professional and encourage you to consult with your doctor first for you and for me.
